Healthy Low-Carb Side Dish

roasted broccoliTry this great low-carb side dish as a healthy alternative to the ordinary. It’s delicious and nutritious.

Roasted Garlic Broccoli
2 bunches fresh broccoli
3 TBS olive or grape seed oil
2 tsp prepared garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cut broccoli and toss with oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
